EXCHANGES

Exchanges will only be honored if you received the wrong or a defective item. All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Simply contact our Customer Support team by emailing us at inspiredwordllcapparel@gmail.com within 5 business days of the order's delivery date. Please include your order numbername, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER GET SHIPPED?

Processing of orders are placed 24-48 hours after you receive your confirmation email. After your order is processed, shipping time is within 7-10 business days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday ONLY. However, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 8-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. For any national weather delay, please allow 1-2 additional business day for processing.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED

We apologize for inconvenience and accept the responsibility for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at inspiredwordllcapparel@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order numbername, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Inspired Word is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. When packages leave our facility, USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes. Inspired Word WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to variation in monitor settings, Inspired Word makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product.

Note: Like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Inspired Word thread guide options.

Care Instructions

  • Turn your shirt inside-out before washing.
  • Separate similar colors, weight, and textures. Make sure to not overfill the washer.
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach with cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • We recommend hang-drying on a plastic hanger, but a drier works fine if you follow the steps below.

  3. Use the lowest possible heat setting or Permanent Press.
